Terms of use

Treinora is a platform for personal trainers: it connects your WhatsApp, replies to students and prospects within the rules you set, organizes student records, training, scheduling and follow-up, and hands you whatever needs you.

By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.

You are responsible for your password and for what your team does in the account. Anyone you invite to your team can see your students, so only invite people who work with you.

The free trial is the full product, with your WhatsApp connected, and no card required.

The trial length and the student limit are shown on the sign-up page before you start. Once the trial ends, along with its grace period if there is one, nothing goes out to your students until you subscribe.

These values may change for new trials. Your trial keeps the values from the day it started.

There is one trial per WhatsApp number and per email. If you subscribe, everything you did during the trial stays.

The price depends only on the billing cycle you choose, with the full system on every cycle and no student limit:

• Monthly: R$197.90 per month.
• Every six months: R$167.90 per month, billed together every 6 months.
• Yearly: R$147.90 per month, billed together every 12 months.

Prices may change. A cycle that is already paid does not change price.

Payment is made by Pix or credit card, processed by Asaas. The semiannual and annual cycles can be paid in card installments, with the interest and the total shown before you pay; paying in full, or with Pix, has no interest. On a card, the cycle renews automatically at the end of the period, with the same number of installments. With Pix, each cycle generates a new charge.

If payment hasn't arrived by the due date, the account keeps working for 5 days of grace, so your students aren't left without a reply.

After the grace period, the account becomes read-only: you see everything, but no message goes out on WhatsApp, neither yours nor the AI's. Nothing is deleted and WhatsApp is not disconnected. Once you pay, everything is back as it was.

You can cancel at any time, with no fee and no minimum term. For now, you ask our team on WhatsApp at +55 11 94186-7789, and the cancellation is confirmed within 1 business day. Canceling turns renewal off: no new cycle is charged, and the account keeps working normally until the end of the period already paid. If you simply stop paying, the account goes through the grace period and then becomes read-only, as described above.

Right of withdrawal: within 7 calendar days of your first purchase, you can withdraw and get 100% of the amount paid back, through the same payment method. With Pix, we refund within 7 business days; on a card, the refund cancels every installment, and the time for it to show on your statement depends on your bank. After those 7 days, there is no prorated refund for the current period: the cancellation applies to future renewals, and with card installments the remaining installments of the contracted period stay on your statement, because they belong to a period that was already contracted.

You decide which of your students' data goes into the platform, and you are responsible for having their permission, or another legal basis, to do so, especially for health data. Treinora processes this data only to provide the service to you, as described in the privacy policy.

You are also responsible for what you send to your students and prospects through your WhatsApp, including the rules you give the AI.

The connected WhatsApp number is yours. The platform connects to it as a linked device, the same way WhatsApp Web does, not through the official WhatsApp Business API.

To protect your number, the platform spaces out messages, limits how many go out per day, avoids messaging first anyone who doesn't talk to you, stops sending when few people reply, and immediately respects anyone who asks to stop receiving messages.

Even so, Meta decides whether a number is restricted or banned, and we cannot guarantee that decision. Use the platform knowing this risk.

When you turn it on, the AI replies on your behalf, within the rules you set: what it may say, what it may not, and the facts you have recorded.

When a student talks about pain or health, or the question is something only you can answer, the AI does not reply and calls you. If something fails or takes too long, it also calls you instead of replying.

The AI can make mistakes. It does not replace you or a health professional, and you can turn it off at any time.

If this happens, we may suspend the account.

We work to keep the platform up at all times, but we don't promise an uptime percentage. There may be interruptions, for maintenance or due to failures on our side or in one of the services we use, including WhatsApp.

Treinora is not liable for the content you or your team send, for Meta's decisions about your number, or for your students' training or health outcomes, which remain your professional responsibility.

When these terms change, the date at the top of the page changes too.

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of Jundiaí/SP, Brazil, are chosen as venue, without prejudice to a consumer's right to sue in the courts of their own domicile.
